Your Role:
As a
Portfolio Data Assistant
will be a member of the Investments team. This role will support the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.

  • Enter billing settings for new accounts
  • Set up held away and consolidated billing
  • Enter missing data from custodian downloads
  • Create new accounts in Orion
  • Initiate termination of investment services process
  • Provide support for special projects, as needed

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using and strong competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred
