Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for ensuring timely payments, recording transactions, verifying receipts, and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and record customer payments, invoices, and transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, including addressing discrepancies and past-due balances.
  • Prepare reports on account statuses and follow up with delinquent accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and generate monthly billing statements.
  • Manage documentation, file records, and relay updates to relevant staff.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Certified Public Accountant board passer is preferred.
