The Accounts Receivables Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the organization's receivables to ensure timely collection, accurate reporting, and compliance with financial policies. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cash flow optimization through effective receivables management

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and collection priorities.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Coordinate with sales, billing, and customer service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on receivables performance, trends, and risks.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance receivables tracking and collection efficiency.
  • Maintain customer master data and ensure proper application of payments.
  • Assist in forecasting cash inflows based on receivables data.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account status and payment history.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course; CPA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP or accounting software preferred; proficient in Excel.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
  • Amenable to work onsite at Mandaluyong City, Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm.
