About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join the HR team at San Miguel Foods' office in Santa Cruz Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing personnel files, processing employee information, and maintaining HR records.

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.

  • Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related policies and procedures.

  • Coordinating and organizing HR-related/employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
