About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at Giovanni Construction, based in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. What you'll be doing

1. Conducting site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements

4. Overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
5. Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during construction, providing timely solutions
6. Preparing detailed reports, cost estimates, and project documentation
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
3. Proficient in the use of CAD software, construction management tools, and project planning applications
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
6. Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
7. Proven track record of successful project delivery, within budget and timeline
