About the role

RFB CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Civil Engineer (Technical Engineer) to join our team in Doongan Butuan City Agusan del Norte. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our civil and structural engineering projects. As the Civil Engineer (Technical Engineer), you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing the successful delivery of our construction initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting site inspections and surveys to gather data and assess project requirements
• Preparing detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects
• Analysing survey data, soil reports, and other technical information to inform engineering decisions
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams on-site
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a civil/structural engineering role
• Strong technical skills in design, analysis, and project management
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
