Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – A & F, based in Pasay. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and account management, preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring accurate compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and assisting in strategic financial planning. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with external auditors and improving financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management skills, including accounting principles,Payroll, budget preparation, and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and preparing audit-ready documentation
  • Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and experience with audit coordination
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting
