Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through a variety of channels.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Provide regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • High school diploma; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fuel Company or FMCG
  • Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
