Marketing Expert
who will lead our marketing initiatives and support the companys brand development and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • With specialization or strong background in Marketing
  • Experience in Real Estate Marketing is an advantage but not required
  • Residing in or near Makati City
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, content creation, analytics)
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, innovative, and able to develop strong brand messaging
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple campaigns
  • Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Has a pleasing personality and professional work ethic
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Create and manage social media content, online ads, and promotional materials
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Strengthen the companys brand presence across platforms
  • Plan and support events, promotions, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations
  • Oversee lead generation, customer inquiries, and engagement strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution
  • Assist in building marketing systems and processes for the growing startup
  • Represent the company in external functions, if required
