Role Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Industrial Engineers to contribute to the design, improvement, and optimization of our manufacturing processes for sauna rooms, sauna accessories, and heater elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee manufacturing projects and process improvements.
  • Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and R&D) to optimize efficiency and product quality.
  • Design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process flow improvements.
  • Support project implementation and troubleshoot production issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or production engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
