Warehouseman/Checker

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, supplies, and products efficiently and safely. This role supports the smooth flow of inventory and helps maintain accurate stock levels.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Maintains the safety and security of the warehouse.

2. Secures the safety of the materials and/or equipment stored at the warehouse at all times.

3. Conducts regular inventory of the materials/supplies kept at the warehouse.

4. Monitor of receiving and issuance of materials at warehouse.

5. Report any damages, discrepancies, or inventory issues to the facilities manager

6. Check invoice and delivery receipt and notify equipment control officer.

7. Prepares purchase order needed materials and submit to Purchasing.

8. Maintain proper housekeeping inside and within the premises of the warehouse.

9. Maintain daily warehouse records including progress reports, material usage, and incidents

1. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Education:

· High school or vocational diploma or equivalent. College graduate or undergraduate preferred

Experience:

· Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Skills:

· Has good numerical ability and familiarity with engineering supplies and equipment

· Familiarity with computer and Microsoft office application

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
