Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology or a related 4-year technical course
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in facilities operations and maintenance

Core Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment
  • Perform minor electrical tasks such as bulb replacement and outlet repairs
  • Check and maintain fire protection and safety systems
  • Execute light structural maintenance (e.g., painting, ceiling and wall repairs)
  • Undertake minor metal works including welding, cutting, and grinding
  • Ensure safe handling and use of chemical substances
  • Read and interpret schematic diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports and related documentation
  • Conduct daily site inspections and address issues in a timely manner
  • Provide immediate response to urgent repair requirements

Required Competencies

  • Strong skills in identifying and resolving HVAC, electrical, and mechanical problems
  • Familiarity with safety standards, procedures, and chemical handling practices
  • Ability to work independently and adjust quickly to varying tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
