Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Specialist to join our Clients' sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible to make 60–80 calls daily, engage prospects, convert sales, update CRM, and exceed performance targets.
Work Set Up:
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Location: Cavite
• Client Industry: Communication and Media Production
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales
• Maintain a daily call volume target of 60–80 outbound calls per day while ensuring quality customer engagement
• Understand customer needs and clearly communicate product/service benefits
• Build rapport, handle objections effectively, and convert leads into successful sales
• Accurately document interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer transactions
• Participate in regular coaching and sales training for continuous improvement
• Adhere to compliance and data privacy protocols at all times
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years experience in Telesales (Inbound/Outbound) or CSR with sales exposure (BPO experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence
• Results-oriented mindset with proven track record in hitting sales targets
• Ability to handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively
• Experience handling international accounts: preferably Australian
• Willing to work onsite in Kawit, Cavite on an AU shift schedule
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Suite
