A fast-growing recruitment platform is on a mission to address high turnover in the property management industry by efficiently connecting top-tier talent with leading employers.

We are looking for a Recruiter who can source, screen, and place qualified candidates in on-site property management roles such as leasing agents, property managers, and maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing – Proactively identify and engage talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screening & Vetting – Conduct initial interviews, verify work history, and assess candidate readiness.
Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews with employers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Employer Engagement – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align talent accordingly.
Pipeline Management – Maintain an organized database of job seekers and track their progress through each stage.
Placement & Follow-Up – Oversee smooth onboarding and monitor candidate success post-placement.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or other high-turnover industries.
Demonstrated success in placing candidates in mid-level roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience with U.S.-based recruitment is a significant advantage.
