Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, a strong ability to connect with people, and a passion for finding top talent. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their recruitment expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the Recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience in a BPO setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
