Job Purpose:

The Sales Trainer will support the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for employees across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that training materials are up-to-date, managing logistics for training sessions, and helping to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Sales Trainer plays a critical role in enhancing employees' skills, knowledge, and performance, aligning learning and development activities with the organization's strategic goals.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Training Program Development - Assist in designing, creating, and updating training programs and materials. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content is relevant and meets the needs of the organization.
  • Logistics Coordination - Manage the logistical aspects of training sessions, such as scheduling, setting up training rooms, preparing equipment, and ensuring that materials are distributed on time. This ensures a smooth training experience for all participants.
  • Training Facilitation - Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, guiding employees through the training content. This may involve leading group discussions, presenting materials, and answering questions to ensure participants fully understand the information being delivered.
  • Attendance and Progress Tracking - Use the company's Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee attendance, monitor their progress, and record outcomes of the training sessions. This ensures that all employees are meeting required learning goals.
  • Feedback Collection and Analysis - Collect feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the sessions. Analyze this feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments to future training programs.
  • Collaboration with Department Managers - Work closely with department managers to identify specific training needs within their teams and develop programs that address these needs. This ensures that training is aligned with both individual and departmental objectives.
  • Onboarding Support - Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating new hire orientation and initial training programs. This ensures that new employees are properly introduced to the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Compliance and Standard Adherence - Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This protects the company from potential legal risks and ensures high-quality training programs.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Sufficient knowledge in training, learning and development, or a similar HR-related role.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and the ability to design engaging training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in facilitating group training or workshops is an advantage

  • Facilitation Skills: Confident in leading or supporting training sessions, with the ability to engage participants and encourage active learning.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in managing training logistics, materials, and tracking outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifies challenges within the training process and proposes solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams, supporting department needs and fostering positive working relationships.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to changes in training schedules, content, and methods.
  • Learning Orientation: Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, staying up-to-date with training trends and seeking personal development opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
