In this full-time role based in South and North Great Manila Area (GMA), you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium aesthetic products to healthcare providers and clinics. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and helping our clients provide the best care to their patients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders to ensure continued sales and wholesale distribution
  3. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our aesthetic solutions
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets
  5. Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  6. Product management and training
  7. Planning and strategizing area itinerary to maximize coverage

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar sales role within the aesthetic (dermatology) industry
  2. Have an established medical and physician network (preferably in Dermatology)
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  5. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales
  6. Passion for the aesthetic industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  8. Proficient in using Office, Google Workspace, sales tools and CRM software
  9. Have an extensive understanding of the healthcare market
  10. With own car

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Aesthetic sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or other related fields
  • Able to work in-office and in-field
