Fuel Management:

  1. Fuel Monitoring and Dispensing:

· Supervise and manage daily fuel dispensing across all yards.

· Monitor fuel consumption by each vehicle and track usage patterns.

· Ensure that fuel records are accurately logged in the system daily.

  1. Fuel Inventory Management:

· Maintain an optimal fuel inventory across all yards to avoid shortages or excess fuel storage.

· Coordinate fuel deliveries with suppliers to ensure consistent availability.

· Keep track of fuel stock levels and monitor discrepancies.

  1. Fuel Efficiency Initiatives:

· Analyze fuel usage data to identify patterns of overconsumption or inefficiency.

· Recommend and implement strategies to reduce fuel wastage and improve fuel efficiency.

· Educate drivers and staff on best practices to minimize fuel consumption.

  1. Cost Management:

· Monitor fuel expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.

· Assist in negotiating fuel supply contracts with vendors to secure competitive pricing.

· Track fuel price fluctuations and adjust fuel management strategies accordingly.

Lubricants & Oil Monitoring

  • Analyze oil consumption trends.
  • Recommend high-performance or cost-effective lubricant alternatives.

Battery Management

  • Track battery lifespan, performance, and replacement schedules.
  • Monitor charging cycles and detect premature battery failures.

Tire Management

  • Monitor tire lifespan, wear patterns, and retreading schedules.
  • Track tire inventory, procurement, and cost per kilometer.
  • Implement proper tire maintenance and rotation programs to extend service life.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Consolidate maintenance and usage data from fleet management systems.
  • Generate periodic reports on consumption, cost trends, and performance KPIs.
  • Provide recommendations for cost savings, product selection, and supplier performance.

Compliance, Safety & Coordination

· Ensure that all fuel handling, storage, and dispensing practices comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

· Conduct regular inspections of fuel tanks and dispensers to ensure safety and compliance.

· Implement safety protocols for fuel handling and train staff accordingly.

Team Collaboration:

· Work closely with the maintenance team, fleet managers, and drivers to ensure proper fuel, oil, battery and tire management.

· Coordinate with yard managers to maintain seamless fuel operations across all locations.

· Participate in meetings to report on fuel, oil, battery and tires related matters and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
