Title: DevOps Senior Program Manager

The
DevOps Senior Program Manager
owns the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operations of JFC's in-house Store and External Order Management Systems (OMS) and auxiliary systems.

These platforms manage internal and external orders, integrating with POS and external channels. The role is accountable for system uptime, reliable feature rollouts, and service quality across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy and Roadmap Ownership

  • Define and maintain a clear, prioritized OMS roadmap aligned to digital commerce goals and store operation needs.

Uptime, Reliability, and Incident Readiness

  • Ensure OMS stability and performance through proactive monitoring, SLOs, and disciplined change management. Lead incident response and post-mortems with internal teams and vendors.

Feature Delivery and Release Management

  • Drive planning and execution of features and integrations across mobile, web, POS, and aggregator platforms. Coordinate UAT, rollout, and communications.

Vendor and Partner Management

  • Direct vendors in development and support activities. Enforce scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.

Team Leadership and Capability Building

  • Lead and coach three direct reports, establish operating rhythms and mature program management practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in technology or digital program management, with at least 3 years leading cross functional initiatives.
  • Proven delivery for mission-critical platforms such as OMS, POS, or eCommerce.
  • Strong vendor management and budget accountability.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent cloud familiarity preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
