Role Description

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and monitoring of financial records, including expense tracking, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Apply classroom knowledge in accounting, finance, and business management to real-world company operations.
  • Develop skills in financial reporting, compliance, audit preparation, and process documentation.
  • Work directly with the CFO, with close mentorship and guidance.
  • Gain exposure to accounting systems, internal controls, and corporate finance practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Is it 100% bookkeeping? No.

Is it 100% financial reporting? No.

We want someone who can (1) assist in day-to-day accounting tasks and (2) learn how financial processes support overall business operations.

Will you be handling receipts, reimbursements, and ledgers? Yes.

Will you be involved in monthly reports and compliance prep? Yes.

Will you have to understand accounting principles and apply them? Maybe, but we'll guide you.

Will you have to do it all alone? No, of course not.

Set-up: Hybrid (Mostly online, with allowances for onsite expenses)
