Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in handling inquiries, travel advice, making reservations for international and domestic flights, hotel accommodation, package tours, and other land arrangements. Will be arranging individual travels, group incentive travels & corporate bookings
  • Provides customer service (technical and billing issue) to clients both in person and by phone/email
  • Coordinates with airline companies for flight options. Issues tickets for confirmed bookings.
  • Processes travel documentation requirements of clients like passport and travel visa.
  • Coordinates with accounting department for settlements and modes of payments. Updates passenger names, travel groups, packages, and other information in the company records.
  • Communicate with Clients, Airlines, Hotels, Suppliers, and tour operators via phone and email
  • Conduct Research on Hotels and Airlines and other tour options

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): computer and internet literate, knowledge and experience is using MS Office.
  • IATA Ticketing Accreditation and knowledge with global distribution system (GDS) such as Sabreis an added advantage
  • A team player with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Results-, service-, and details-oriented, analytical, honest, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
  • Good working attitude and willing to work long hours
  • Willing to travel
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
