Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Max's Restaurant located in Putatan and Westgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, staff management, and adherence to quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities also include training new hires, addressing customer feedback, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations. Creates weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting and Troubleshooting. The manager will ensure that all operational goals align with the company's vision and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address guest needs and maintain a welcoming dining environment
  • Experience in onboarding staff, along with employee training and team leadership
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with various teams and convey policies effectively
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, inventory management, and quality control
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must have a restaurant or hospitality management experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
