Job Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Planning Specialist to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that align with our organization's long-term goals. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive corporate performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiative Support: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports incorporating market and industry trends to assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Performance Analysis: Analyze internal and external data, track key performance indicators, and generate insights to evaluate corporate performance and the progress of strategic initiatives.

Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects by ensuring timely completion, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align objectives, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and facilitate communication for informed decision-making.

Administrative Support: Manage documentation, maintain records of strategic initiatives, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant experience in market research or a related area is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.
