Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The US Bookkeeper will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Manage all aspects of the General Ledger

Process accounts receivable/payable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Record journal entries as needed

Maintain customer list, vendor list, employee list, and chart of accounts

Prepare financial reports and work papers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

ABOUT YOU:

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any related course

With atleast 2-5 years accounting experience

Experience with QuickBooks Online, Advance Excel knowledge, PowerPoint.

Familiarity with financial accounting statements

Proficient in English business writing
