We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. As a Senior SRE, you'll be at the forefront of designing, building, and maintaining resilient systems that ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of our services. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to automate infrastructure, implement monitoring solutions, and proactively prevent issues before they affect our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement infrastructure that is reliable, scalable, and secure
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
  • Develop tools and automation to improve system reliability and developer productivity
  • Monitor system health using observability tools and respond to alerts
  • Collaborate on capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization
  • Mentor junior SREs and promote a culture of reliability and continuous improvement
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php170,000.00 per month
