Competencies / Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in managing Office 365 services and Azure Active Directory.

2. Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

3. Strong knowledge of Office 365 components such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

4. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for both user issues and system-level problems.

5. Experience with security policies, compliance, and governance in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identity Management: Administer and manage user identities, roles, and permissions in Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Office 365.

2. Office 365 Administration: Set up, configure, and manage various Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other Microsoft 365 apps.

1. User and Group Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, manage group memberships, and configure licenses for users.

2. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and other security measures.

3. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for end-users, resolving issues related to Office 365 services, and identity management.

4. Collaboration and Communication Tools: Manage collaboration tools within Office 365, ensuring that applications like Teams and SharePoint are set up, accessible, and secure for users.
