Job Description:

  • Support the implementation of the company's Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) objectives in alignment with RBA standards.
  • Manage CSER requirements for KPPH (FPIP/LIMA) and ensure compliance across all relevant areas.
  • Provide recommendations and strategic input to strengthen the company's CSER initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department PICs to collect data, monitor progress, and ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist the Manager in preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports based on CSER objectives, customer and third-party audits, and internal audits.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients/customers regarding CSER matters.
  • Collaborate with department PICs to gather data, address issues, and monitor compliance with the five CSER pillars: Labor, Environment, Health & Safety, Ethics, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Conduct internal assessments or surveys within the facility to ensure adherence to RBA requirements and customer codes of conduct.
  • Perform supplier audits related to RBA-CSER standards, prepare audit reports, and monitor the closure of findings.
  • Anticipate potential issues that may arise from CSER implementation and propose preventive measures.
  • Provide assistance and support to department members as needed to ensure effective execution of CSER activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business Administration graduate or Any 4-5 years course.
  • Atleast 4-6 years working experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, Advantage if trained and certified to abovementioned standards.)
