Your Day-to-Day


• Lead and mentor the quality team to ensure high performance


• Drive process improvement initiatives and apply quality tools for performance measurement and standardization


• Ensure strict process compliance across operations


• Plan and manage effective resource utilization aligned with process targets


• Monitor and track process parameters critical to quality and performance


• Adopt best practices to consistently meet and exceed SLA requirements


• Contribute to both short-term and long-term process goals


• Ensure client quality targets are consistently achieved and surpassed


• Champion quality initiatives across the team


What We're Looking For


• Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline


• 3–4 years of relevant experience in BPO transactional quality


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong people management and leadership capabilities


• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills


• Solid process management expertise


• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop business plans


• Business-oriented mindset focused on growth, revenue, and opportunity


• Proficient in Excel, quality tools, data analysis, and reporting


• Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities


• Can start immediately


Work Setup


• Location: Work in Office – Taguig City


• Shift: Night Shift
