About the Program

Join our dynamic
12-month Management Trainee Program
under
Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT)
designed to develop future leaders in the commercial function. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to rotate into categories and channels within our dynamic and forward-looking Food and Beverage Solutions team.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end food and beverage solutions sales, and innovation value chain, supported by
dedicated mentors
and guided by real-world projects that drive impact. You will grow the B2B sales of our food and beverage solutions by introducing new products, distribution, and inventory within the country.

What You'll Do

Rotational Assignments
with different ingredients category and function:

• Hunt for new opportunities to widen/deepen our offerings to customers in the segment of Food Services, hotel chains, QSR chains, B2B food manufacturers
• Prepare and execute data driven sales presentations to customers using materials from our marketing and insights team.
• Capture market & customer insights. Analyze performance & forecast trends to identify commercial improvement opportunities
• Onboard new channel customers and provide ongoing engagement to F&B Solutions customers, ensuring they are well-versed in ofi's single ingredient products and sales processes. Provide updates on product changes, market trends etc
• Develop value-generative, long-term relationships with customers that result in increased sales and margins.
• Work with with IQFS & supply chain teams to align technical and operational capabilities to deliver on the sales strategy & product offerings and customer needs.
• Track & manage product warehouse inventory, including periodic ageing analysis and ensuring rotation / timely stock liquidation
• Participate in external events as needed to achieve strategic objectives (e.g. trade fairs)

Project Ownership
: Lead F&B Solutions projects with measurable outcomes

Mentorship
: Receive guidance from experienced commercial and functional leaders throughout the program

Presentation to Leadership
: Showcase your project outcomes to
ACO senior leaders
at the end of the program

Career Progression:
High-performing trainees will be offered a full-time role within the organization upon successful completion of the program.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduates
  or final-year students majoring in
  Food Science or Technology, Business Administration or Management
• Must be a results-oriented sales professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills and has an entrepreneurial mindset
• Good commercial acumen and ability to stay on top of the market on consumers' trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for the food and ingredients industry
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Eligibility to work in Indonesia without visa sponsorship
