About the role

Join us as a Management Trainee at TCL Sun Inc., a leading organisation in the sales industry. This full-time role based in Manila City, Metro Manila will provide you with the opportunity to embark on an exciting career development journey and gain valuable experience in sales analysis and reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. To provide support in ensuring excellent after-sales service operations while being trained and developed for a future leadership role. The MT will gain hands-on experience in customer service, technical support, and service process improvement to uphold TCL's commitment to customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Support service centers and field teams in delivering timely and efficient after-sales solutions.
  • Monitor and track service performance, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in service quality improvement initiatives and process standardization.
  • Learn to coordinate with logistics, spare parts management, and technical teams.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data on service trends and customer feedback.
  • Engage in rotational assignments across after-sales functions to gain holistic exposure.
  • Collaborate with mentors and managers in developing strategies for customer care excellence.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the After-Sales Manager (IA) in overseeing service operations, ensuring employee KPI, and supporting all related activities.

## Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Can speak and comprehend Mandarin language.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis.
  • Willing to be trained and assigned in different service functions/locations.
