JOB OVERVIEW

As a Host, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service. The ideal candidate is a courteous and well-organized individual with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, creating a warm and professional environment.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and respond to requests promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by controlling access to the premises and keeping a log of visitors.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in managing reservations
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
  • Excellent communication skills; MUST be fluent in English
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
