
Training Assistant

Job Description: This position will assist the Learning and Development Managers on all the administrative concerns of the Department.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to, participants' enrollment, invites, training materials, room scheduling, catering, setting up audio/visual equipment
- Responsible in content creation for L&D E-learn materials
- Responsible for classroom seating configuration, room and A/V set up
- Encode details in Training database and file training documents
- Encode Accounts Payables/Receivables on SAP.
- Preparation of request for payment to vendors.
- Assist in development of training collaterals
- Follow through of needed pre and post training requirements
- Maintain and monitor the inventory of all office supplies and order as needed
- Answer departmental telephones and provide outstanding customer service
- Handle customer concerns
Job Qualifications:
- Essential Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications: L&D experience and advanced design software skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , in Multimedia, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Must have the basic knowledge in using Canva, Pixlr Editor, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or other video editing software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Office Suite)
- Basic knowledge of SAP system for data entry (training will be provided)
- With excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino for customer service and coordination
- With working experience/internship in Training or Learning and Development is an advantage
- 6 months - 1 year experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
