The Technical Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the maintenance and engineering teams by managing documentation, coordinating work orders, tracking inventory, and assisting with scheduling and reporting.

Job Requirements
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Maintain machine documentation and maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with technicians and supervisors.
  • Assist with procurement and tracking of materials.
  • Organize and file technical documents and manuals.
  • Perform clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Support safety and operational compliance.
What your background should look like
  • At least 1 year of related experience in materials management or clerical work.
  • High school graduate; technical/vocational training is a plus.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with safety standards and continuous improvement practices.
