About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Mauban, Quezon. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our client's facilities, contributing to the overall positive experience of our guests. This is a full-time position based in Mauban, Quezon.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces according to company standards
  • Replenishing supplies and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and organised
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients
  • Collaborating with the wider housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and presentation

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the department
