About the role

This is a full-time, customer service role working with a major US airline account. Based in Cavite City, Cavite, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to ensure a positive experience. The role offers a competitive salary package of up to 27k.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner
  • Listening to customer needs and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Supporting the team to achieve performance targets
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software
  • A calm and patient demeanour, with a genuine desire to help others
