Power Mac Center – Mobile Care is hiring a Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with device assessment, basic troubleshooting, and service intake.
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints while meeting service targets.
  • Gather and document accurate customer and product details for repairs.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience from receiving to releasing units.
  • Stay updated on Apple products and complete required trainings.
  • Communicate repair updates and ensure proper handling of customer devices.
  • Follow Apple service standards and company policies.

Qualification

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least 6 months of Customer Service experience —
    fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail
  • Computer-proficient; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and iWork
  • Results-driven, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Upholds Excellence, Customer Focus, Innovation, Integrity, and Collaboration
