Job Summary

The Receptionist/Reservationist is responsible for managing guest reservations and providing excellent customer service for both Japonesa and Alamat. This role ensures smooth communication with guests, accurate booking management, and proper coordination with the restaurant teams. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist/Reservationist represents the brand's hospitality and ensures guests feel welcomed even before arriving at the restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and confirm reservations for both Japonesa and Alamat through phone, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, guest details, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers and service staff to prepare for upcoming reservations.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and waitlists in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide clear information about menus, promotions, operating hours, and dining policies.
  • Track guest preferences and VIP details to support personalized service.
  • Assist in preparing seating arrangements and ensuring smooth guest flow during peak service hours.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks related to reservations.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Generate daily and weekly reservation reports for management review.
  • Support marketing or guest engagement initiatives when needed (e.g., promoting special events).
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for guest service, data privacy, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, reservationist, or front desk staff in F&B or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone/email.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems & booking platforms.
  • Customer-service oriented, with a friendly and professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible and dependable, with availability for morning shifts.
  • Knowledge of Filipino dining culture and/or Japanese-Peruvian cuisine is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
