Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive

Department: Regulatory Affairs

Location: Unit 2021 Eton Towers Makati, 128 Dela Rosa Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1229

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), alternate Saturday

Salary: Competitive and negotiable, aligned with experience and market standards

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, review, and submit product registration dossiers (drugs, food supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices) including new, renewal, and variation submissions.
  • Ensure all submissions comply with Philippine FDA regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to gather and verify required documentation.
  • Monitor the progress of submissions, follow up on approvals, and resolve related issues promptly.
  • Support labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Keep up to date with new regulations and promptly inform management of any relevant changes.
  • Maintain professional communication and relationships with FDA departments.
  • Provide reports and updates as required by management.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Drug Registration within the pharmaceutical.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
