Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats in 
    German and English
    .
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, or account concerns.
  • Translate or interpret communications between internal teams and German-speaking clients when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in 
    German
    and 
    English
     (both written and spoken).
  • BPO experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with computer systems and office software tools.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
