ReactJS Developer Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities


• Lead the design and development of user interface components for digital products


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm alignment on project goals


• Utilize ReactJS knowledge to drive innovative solutions and enhance user

experience


• Mentor and guide team members in recommended practices and technical skills


• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to secure quality outcomes


• Analyze user feedback to inform design improvements and product enhancements


• Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team


• Uphold the utmost standards of client service and project execution

What You Must Have


• Bachelor's Degree


• 7 to 11 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart


• 7 to 11 years of experience


• Skilled in JavaScript and DOM manipulation


• Understanding of ReactJS core principles


• Experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux or Redux


• Familiarity with RESTful APIs


• Knowledge of modern front-end build tools


• Experience with front-end development tools like Babel and Webpack


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications


• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git


• Excelling in problem-solving and attention to detail


• Strengthening communication and teamwork skills
