Job Description :
  • Operations Lead Time Management: Drive initiatives to streamline warehouse turnaround processes and reduce inventory movement lead times across the network.
  • Truck Supply & Manpower Planning: Monitor truck supply and demand trends. Coordinate with agency partners to ensure consistent truck fulfillment. Use data insights (arrival patterns, MTO/MTI volumes) to recommend optimal shift schedules and manpower deployment.
  • Truck Efficiency & Forecasting: Monitor NFTE productivity, truck productivity, truck CBM utilization, and MTO/MTI space utilization. Forecast inventory mix and volume to set realistic KPIs and lead efforts to continuously improve truck efficiency.
  • Warehouse Launch & Volume Planning: Help ramp up planning and execution for new warehouses, including volume transitions and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ad-hoc Initiatives/Projects: Support various cross-functional logistics projects to enhance inventory movement and operational performance.
Requirements :
  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and executing complex projects
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Excel); familiarity with operational forecasting is a plus
  • Knowledge of the PH e-commerce logistics landscape is an advantage
