  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and communicate a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes
  • Design IT systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures
  • Manage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle
  • Establish and implement sustainable digital strategies in line with the organization's sustainable IT strategy and ambition
  • Ensure that the entire service provides the value and benefits that meet the users' needs and the desired outcomes of the organization, balancing the user needs and the business needs
  • Understand and assess business situations, drivers and goals to define them as business and user needs. Discover and identify customer requirements and emerging needs, and develop optimized solutions or recommendations to address these delivering delightful customer experience
