We're Hiring Retail Store Development Supervisor- INFINIX

What You'll Do:

1. Store Opening & Expansion

  • Lead the coordination of store opening requirements with internal teams and landlords (permits, approvals, fit-out guidelines).
  • Supervise construction and fit-out works, ensuring on-time and high-quality project delivery.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.

2. Construction & Renovation

  • Review and validate construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with mall management, architects, engineers, and contractors throughout construction phases.
  • Manage budgets and control project costs without compromising quality.

3. Store Repairs & Maintenance

  • Oversee repair and maintenance activities for operational stores.
  • Ensure urgent repairs are addressed quickly to avoid business disruption.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and vendor performance.
  • Recommend improvements for safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.

4. Project Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Evaluate contractor performance, conduct inspections, and approve completed works.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (store opening/closing, repairs, renovations).
  • Provide regular project updates to management, highlighting challenges and solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail store development, construction supervision, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, fit-out processes, and local building codes.
  • Experience coordinating with malls, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and supervise multiple store locations.
