  • Monitors and analyzes market trends, economic conditions, and opportunities to make informed decisions.

  • Builds enterprise-wide mechanisms (business driver map, business case) to understand strategic alignment and business viability of new and existing businesses / products

  • Communicates regularly with Mynt business units to provide updates on portfolio performance, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Manages and optimizes a diversified portfolio of businesses, ensuring alignment with Mynt's strategies, risk tolerance and objectives

  • Builds corporate balanced scorecard (BSC) and assigns performance priorities to Mynt business units
