Youll play a key role in developing and delivering digital marketing initiatives that elevate Smart Suites brand and generate meaningful business growth.You will:Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, and email platforms.Lead SEO initiatives, from keyword research to on-page optimization and content structure improvement.Write and refine copy for websites, ads, newsletters, and social media with clarity and conversion in mind.Manage CRM and email automation workflows to nurture leads and strengthen engagement.Track and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.Build and grow Smart Suites online community through data-driven social media strategy.Take ownership of marketing projects from planning to performance reporting.QualificationsAt least 3 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, or campaign management.Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM/email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot).Strong skills in Google Analytics, keyword research, and conversion optimization.Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Buffer, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.Basic understanding of social media metrics and reportingGood organisational skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environmentTools We UseCanva, Buffer, Later, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft 365, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and other AI-powered content creation and marketing automation platformsWork ArrangementRemote work with flexible scheduling. Contractor must ensure availability during agreed collaboration hours.Engagement TermsThis is an Independent Contractor position.
