Job Description:

· Review new PR data and do analysis for action

· Handle and settle RFQ & benchmark on time for new part

· Submit quotation for approval and maintain price in system

· Provide sample to support new product development

· Convert PR into PO and follow up approval status

· Develop new supplier for new product or cost down

· Supplier performance assessment and improvement

· PO management to avoid excess & obsolete, shortage PO

· Follow SOA with supplier and do account checking monthly

· Follow up invoice and payment issue with supplier & finance

· Driving cost saving to support corporate business development

· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

· Compliance to CSR standards.

Qualification and Job Specification:

· Graduate of any Bachelor's degree

· Must have 1 year working experience as Procurement Staff

· Above-average communication skills

· Good negotiation skills
