About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our products. While the role focuses on backend development, experience or interest in AI tools and integrations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using , TypeScript, and
  • Manage and optimize databases with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver new features
  • Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Contribute to architecture and system design discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3 years of backend development experience
  • Strong skills in , TypeScript, , PostgreSQL, Redis, and GCP
  • Familiarity with Python is an advantage
  • Experience with AI tools or frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain) is a plus, but not required
  • Understanding of API design, microservices, and system scalability
