We are looking for a highly analytical Product Manager / Business Owner to take full ownership of our digital payments products and eventually lead our cards business. This role requires someone with strong financial discipline, excellent mathematical ability, and the business rigor typically gained from a Big 4 environment.

You will drive product performance end-to-end — from strategy and economics to execution and operations — while being trained to become the full business owner of a major payments line.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of digital payments product performance, profitability, and strategy.
  • Manage product economics: revenue drivers, costs, margins, and unit economics.
  • Build and refine business cases, financial models, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Tech, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Merchant teams.
  • Improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the value chain.
  • Stay deeply informed on payment trends, customer behavior, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Be trained to assume full ownership of the cards business (prepaid/debit/credit).
  • Serve as the internal expert and business owner accountable for measurable results.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, audit, business analysis, or consulting — ideally from a Big 4 firm
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, including financial modeling.
  • Strong capacity to understand and manage P&L and key business drivers.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ownership mindset — proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in digital payments, fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Product management experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
