About the Role

As a Junior Valuations Analyst, you'll support the valuation team in producing high-quality Comparable Sales Reports (CSA) across a range of residential property types—apartments, townhouses, subdivided houses, and land. Your work will involve gathering relevant property data, analyzing market trends, and compiling economic and infrastructure statistics to help pinpoint market value and generate actionable insights.

You'll also contribute to maintaining and refining our valuation database, ensuring property deal data is complete and accessible to streamline the valuation process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning numbers into meaningful narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze property listings and market data
  • Conduct desktop comparable analysis aligned with Australian valuation standards
  • Maintain and update internal price and property databases
  • Prepare high-level summaries and preliminary market value assessments
  • Present valuation findings in clear, professional reporting formats
  • Contribute to process improvements across the valuation workflow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Property Economics, Valuation, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural floorplans, site layouts, and fit-out specifications
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace
  • Professional command of written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to undergo and pass background check and social media check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
  • Willingness to provide an NBI clearance

  • 8-16GB RAM
