The Loans Processing Clerk is mainly responsible in facilitating the loan application process by initially reviewing the documents submitted, then endorses to Loans Officer (for credit investigation and appraisal if applicable) and approval. Then processes the loans releases if all required documents, conditions, payments and deductions are fully complied with. It also includes filing of loans documents and mortgages, and processing of mortgages, preparation of collection notices, and assists in loans monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course with good scholastic records
  • With good communication skill
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Excellent computer skill
  • Highly organized
  • Keen to details
  • Able and willing to do multi-tasking work
  • Can work minimum supervision
  • Having related work experience is an advantage
  • Female/Male
